Use SimpleSYN as a central database for contacts

You know the situation: Your employees all have different Outlook contacts; you require the telephone number of a client immediately whose number is stored on a colleague’s computer to which you have no access. SimpleSYN allows you to save valuable time by letting your entire team pool their contacts into a central database. This way all contacts are always current and available from every workstation.

Because: As soon as a contact as added or altered on one computer, this change is instantaneously and automatically updated on all computers by SimpleSYN. The synchronization is carried out unobtrusively in the background.

Of course you can configure SimpleSYN so that besides the contact data other Outlook data is synchronized. Or you can limit the synchronization to new, altered or deleted contacts. Furthermore each Outlook folder can be assigned a synchronization direction.
