Repair links: 
In other Outlook elements (calendar, e-mails, journals) you can establish links to contacts. These links contain an explicit ID that referres during the process of exportation to the old Outlook element and is therefore not valid any longer. With this function the links get automatically repaired.

Repair distribution list:
In the Outlook distribution list you can establish links to the contacts. These links contain an explicit ID that referres during the process of exportation to the old Outlook element and is therefore not valid any longer. With this function the links get repaired automatically.

SimpleSYN duplicate finder – simply remove Outlook duplicates:
With the SimpleSYN duplicate finder you can easisly and quickly find and delete Outlook duplicates. It does not matter whether e-mails, appointments, tasks or contacts are concerned. The duplicate finder browses automatically through your marked Outlook file and lists up all found duplicates. You can delete these duplicates entirely or shift them into a file of your own choice. 

Hint: Please set up a backup of your Outlook data before deleting the duplicates entirely.
