With the additional SimpleSYN Outlook Add-In you can manually synchronize at any time selected/certain Outlook elements or complete folders without any further configuration. For the manual synchronization simply use the SimpleSYN toolbar. Please note that the manual synchronization will only funcion if SimpleSYN is started.

Use the manual synchronization if, for example, you quickly want to synchronize a single element or if the element is in a folder that is not getting synchronized automatically.

Please mark the respective elements and choose from the Outlook toolbar the pushbutton “Synchronize Items” or “Synchronize Folder”. Here the set up destination folders are getting used. In case the chosen folder is not being monitored, SimpleSYN is searching for another folder with identical name to synchronize the elements.

To synchronize elements or folders in a certain destination folder please choose the button “Synchronize to”.
