This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and creativbox.net, Torsten Leithold & Georg von Kries GbR (hereinafter referred to as creativbox.net) for the product SimpleSYN, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation.
 
By installing, copying, or otherwise using SimpleSYN, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
 
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use SimpleSYN
 
If you comply with these license terms, you have the rights below.

Installation and use rights

SimpleSYN can be distributed as a trial version. The trial version is limited to run 30 days. You may install and use any number of copies of SimpleSYN on your devices under the terms of the trial version. If you want to use it after the testing phase of 30 days you have to purchase a SimpleSYN license.
The licensed version may only be installed on as many computers as the license allows you. Under no other circumstances may SimpleSYN be operated at the same time on more computers than the license allows. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying the original and all copies of SimpleSYN in whatever form. 

Scope of License

SimpleSYN is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the software. Creativbox.net reserves all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the software only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the software that only allow you to use it in certain ways.
 
You may not

• work around any technical limitations in the software;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits, despite this limitation;
• make more copies of the software than specified in this agreement or allowed by applicable law, despite this limitation;
• publish the software for others to copy;
• rent, lease or lend the software.

Transfer to a third party

The first user of the software may transfer it and this agreement directly to a third party. Before the transfer, that party must agree that this agreement applies to the transfer and use of the software. The first user must uninstall the software before transferring it separately from the device. The first user may not retain any copies.

Export Restrictions

The software is subject to export laws and regulations. You must comply with all domestic and international export laws and regulations that apply to the software. These laws include restrictions on destinations, end users and end use.

Legal Effect

This agreement describes certain legal rights. You may have other rights under the laws of your country. You may also have rights with respect to the party from whom you acquired the software. This agreement does not change your rights under the laws of your country if the laws of your country do not permit it to do so.

Disclaimer of Warranty

SimpleSYN is being delivered to you AS IS and creativbox.net makes no warranty as to its use or performance. creativbox.net and its suppliers do not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using SimpleSYN or documentation. creativbox.net and its suppliers make no warranties, express or implied, as to non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will creativbox.net or its suppliers be liable to you for any consequential, incidental or special damages, including any lost profits or lost savings, even if a creativbox.net representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or special damages, or the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Copyright

SimpleSYN is protected by German copyright law and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in SimpleSYN is transferred to you.
You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to SimpleSYN will remain the exclusive property of creativbox.net and you will not acquire any rights to SimpleSYN except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of SimpleSYN will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in SimpleSYN.

Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights creativbox.net may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
In such event, you must destroy all copies of SimpleSYN.

Applicable Law

This agreement will be governed exclusively by German law. Exclusive venue for both parties shall be Hannover, Germany.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
