SimpleSYN.NET monitors the Outlook folders you have configurated. Example: When a new e-mail is received, an existing email changed, deleted or moved SimpleSYN.NET synchronizes these actions. SimpleSYN.NET checks the configurated destination folder to see whether the mail exists already. If it does not, SimpleSYN.NET will copy it into the destination folder (unless the mail is meant to be deleted). In case the mail exists already it will only get synchronized if it was changed in any way ( moved, deleted or changed, for example, whether the mail has been answered already, the degree of importance etc.).
