Please read the license agreement carefully before using SimpleSYN.
These license agreements are a legal agreement between you (either as a natural or legal person) and the licensor, the Torsten Leithold and Georg von Kries GbR.
This contract encompasses only the present version of SimpleSYN, and not future updates, additions or the like.
By installing, copying, transferring, downloading, accessing or otherwise using SimpleSYN, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, you are not authorized to install or use SimpleSYN.
SimpleSYN is protected by both copyright laws and international copyright treaties as well as other laws and conventions related to intellectual property. SimpleSYN is merely licensed; it does not become your property. This contract only gives you certain rights regarding the use of the software.
Terms and conditions
The name SimpleSYN describes the computer software SimpleSYN including the corresponding digital libraries, modules, media files and documentation (if available).
You are authorized to install a copy of SimpleSYN on one computer, to run it and use it. You are also authorized to create a backup of SimpleSYN. This copy can only be used for a reinstallation of SimpleSYN.
A SimpleSYN license cannot be shared be multiple users and can only be used on as many computers as the license allows. Use by more than one person necessitates more than one license.
It is permitted to pass on a SimpleSYN copy under the conditions of the Trial version; if it is passed on for free and in its original, unchanged form. License files are not to be passed on to third parties.
Rights and restrictions
- Reverse engineering, decompiling and disassembling of SimpleSYN is not permitted, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation
- SimpleSYN is licensed as a single product. You are not permitted to separate its components
- You are not permitted to rent or lease SimpleSYN
- You are required to keep all copyright information on all copies of SimpleSYN
- You are not permitted to bypass the technical restrictions of the software
- This license agreement grants you no rights with respect to trademarks. These rights reside with the owners
Notwithstanding any other rights the licensor is entitled to terminate the license agreement if you fail to comply with the terms of the license agreement. In this case you are obligated to destroy all copies and components of SimpleSYN.
Trial version
If the SimpleSYN version in question is the trial version, you receive a time limited right (30 days), to install, run and use a copy of the software on any computer. If you wish to use SimpleSYN after the test phase you will require a license.
The test phase can not be extended by repeated downloading or installing. The use of the software without a valid license after the test phase is not permitted and punishable by law.
Full version
You will need a license for every computer on which you wish to install SimpleSYN. The user is only allowed to unlock SimpleSYN to the full version with a valid license file. A license file is only to be used for unlocking as many installations of SimpleSYN as the license quantity allows. You are required not to pass on the license file to third parties and it is to be stored in such a way as that third parties gain no knowledge of the license file.
Copyright
Ownership and copyright to SimpleSYN, the accompanying printed material (if available) and every copy of SimpleSYN lies with the licensor. All rights and intellectual property rights in and on contents accessible through SimpleSYN are the property of the respective content owner, and can be protected by applicable copyright laws and other laws and agreements on intellectual property.
Export restrictions
You are required to follow all national and international export laws and regulations that apply to SimpleSYN.
Liability
The licensor can not be made liable for potential damage of any kind that results from SimpleSYN, unless the licensor of SimpleSYN acted intentionally or with gross negligence. It is not possible with modern techniques to eliminate every conceivable error. Hence it is possible that SimpleSYN could contain bugs.
Miscellaneous
Should any terms of these contractual conditions become invalid or void, the validity of the other terms will not be affected. The invalid term is to be replaced by a valid term which comes closest to the legal and economical purpose.
